burnouts.

brad got done with school at twelve today.
i got done with work at 1.
we had some lunch, laid on the couch and fell asleep at 1:30.
both of us honestly didn't wake up till 4:30.
we woke up starving, got a salad to go from cafe rio, and split it while watching tv till 8.
ran one errand, came back to sit on the couch and watch the rest of thursday night tv, and haven't moved since now (10:00).

i'm praying it's normal to be a burnout at least more than 1...... or 7 days of the week.
(exactly one year ago we were in kauai living the life-i sure wouln't mind being a burnout in that place right now)

Those days are the BEST! No need to feel bad about relaxing together. I'm sure when kids come and life gets hectic you'll be so glad you spent days like that together!

Burnout? What? No way!!! We all wish we could do that, so when you have the chance enjoy doing nothing, absolutely nothing.

don't even sweat it-you need those days every now and again.
i know it has been awhile since you left that sweet sweet comment on my blog, but i just needed to make sure you knew that it meant/means a whole lot to a hurting little heart to get such loving support. thank you so much. i feel the same about not seeing you for a long time-hurray for blogs!
