a 20 year old came into the clinic today-his entire left side of his skull was smashed in. his left eye not even visible.
i couldn't help but ask, and he responded pleasantly that his friends girlfriend was texting while driving and she drove into a parked car.
that's all i needed to see to never text and drive again.

Seriously. It's frightening how badly people have been hurt by texting and driving. Thanks for sharing this. I hope more people decide to NEVER text and drive again!
We lost a little 4 year old dancer because a guy was texting and ran into their car going full speed on Bangerter. She died from internal bleeding. That is when I stopped.
I was hit head on 4 years ago. My first year at Raintree a lady dropped her phone while driving and bent over to pick it up. She ran a red light and hit me head on. I was fortunate enough to live and I thank my Heavenly Father every day and choose not to text and drive. Thanks for your post!
