elizabeth's bakery

when we were in london we ate the most insanely delicious spread called clotted cream.
i have no idea what it's made out of, or how much cream is actually used to make this stuff.
it's as dense as butter and as good as.................nope, can't think of anything to compare it to.
it's unreal. we were hooked instantly.

after we got home from our trip one of the first things we did was walk over to
elizabeth's bakery and tea shop where they serve food and tea from england.
we thought we were the luckiest people on earth when we found out they serve clotted cream.

ever since we've been hooked. we had a picnic in the park yesterday
for lunch and then walked on over to elizabeth's for some happiness.
and it made us happy. undoubtedly happy.

Mmmm, that sounds delicious! I have a fetish for throwing tea parties and have stumbled across a recipe for something called "Devonshire Cream" that tastes like this sounds... Let me know if you want the recipe!

Okay we need to go there asap.. we need to go together and fake english accents and talk like posh spice and sit there sipping our fake tea!! Maybe, just maybe Mr. Darcy might walk in and say "Miss Melissa, I have struggled in vain and I can bear it no longer. These past months have been a torment. I came to Rosings with the single object of seeing you... I had to see you". Then we both faint.
