the girls and the food

i'm tellin ya, nothing on this earth beats conference weekend!


all the freaking food your body can
handle and lounging around like a piece of crap
for 2 days straight.


first i went with my sisters and mom and
ate at letherbutt's, chatted up a storm
and then met up with the elders and then ate some more.
(that sounded like a poem)

then sunday. oh man sunday.
i'm cringing just thinking of how many butt cheeks i have to work off this week.
not one picture was taken.
because we were all hideous and eating.
not one of us thought a picture was necessary in the least bit.
but just know that all we did was eat, listen, talk and laugh.

we also hit up laura ward's wedding reception this weekend.
she was beautiful! and happy!!
we're all excited to see her get married
to a fine young fella.
marriage is going to be ball for her!

but i must say, the highlight was hitting up del taco at
10:00 at night and talking with all the girls and husbands
about high school, hilarious past situations, and honeymoons.
there was a lot of belly laughing at that table.
loved it!
